From contractors (our clients): name, business name, service area, phone numbers, email address, billing details processed by our payment provider, onboarding preferences, and our correspondence with you.
From people who submit an enquiry: name, phone number, and the answers given to our qualification questions — floor type, approximate size, condition of the concrete, budget range, timeline, and whether the person can approve the work. We also record that a phone number was verified by SMS code, and the date and time of submission.
Automatically from this website: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed and referring source, collected through cookies and similar technologies, including advertising and analytics tools such as the Meta pixel.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Where we rely on consent (for example, SMS messaging), you may withdraw it at any time. Otherwise we rely on our legitimate interests in running the service and on performance of a contract with you.
We do not sell information to data brokers or list resellers, and we do not share it for anyone else's independent marketing.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
If you give us your mobile number, you consent to receive text messages from us related to the service — for contractors, enquiry delivery and account messages; for people submitting an enquiry, a verification code and confirmation.
Opting out of enquiry-delivery messages will stop us from being able to deliver enquiries to that number; give us an alternative number or email if you still want delivery.
This site uses cookies and similar technologies for basic functionality, analytics, and advertising measurement, including the Meta pixel. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the site may not work as intended if you do.
Enquiry records, delivery logs and verification records are kept for as long as needed to run the service and then for up to six years, to meet accounting obligations and to defend against disputes and chargebacks. Marketing contact details are kept until you ask us to remove them.
We operate from Sweden and use service providers in the European Economic Area and the United States, so information may be transferred internationally. Where required, those transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or another approved safeguard.

We will not discriminate against anyone for exercising these rights.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to us.
Our advertising and pages may link to sites we do not control. Their privacy practices are their own.
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows the current version, and continued use of the site or service after an update means you accept it.
