ROI calculator — what a coating enquiry pack is worth to you | Epoxy Meta
Your numbers, not ours

Run it with your own close rate.

Everywhere else on this site we use 35%, below the middle of what our contractors report. Here you can put in whatever you actually close at, including a number you think is pessimistic.

Your average job value$4,500
Your close rate on enquiries35%

The slider starts at 21% because that is the lowest anyone has ever recorded on our enquiries. Typical is 30–45%. Start at the floor — if the maths works at 21% it works everywhere above it.

Enquiries in the pack25
Jobs you'd book8.8
Cost of the pack$2,875
Cost per booked job$329
Revenue from those booked jobs
$39,375

This is arithmetic, not a forecast. It assumes every booked job lands at your average value, which real months never do, and it shows revenue rather than profit — your own materials and labour still come out of it. Use it to sanity-check whether the model can work for you, not to predict a specific outcome. We don't guarantee closed jobs or any level of revenue.

Only two things move that number

Ticket size and how fast you pick up the phone.

Everything else in the calculator is fixed by the pack you buy. These two are yours, and they're the difference between a pack that pays for itself twice over and one that barely does.

The size of the job you sell

A contractor selling $6,000 polyaspartic jobs and a contractor selling $2,000 single-bay epoxy jobs get identical enquiries from us and wildly different results. If your average ticket is under $3,000, tell us on the call — we'll say straight out whether a pack is worth it for you rather than take the money and hope.

How fast you call back

Same enquiries, same qualification, same ads. Our contractors range from 21% to 61%, and the spread is almost entirely callback speed and the first two minutes of the phone call. Move from calling back that evening to calling back inside the hour and you move up that slider without spending another dollar.

If the maths works, the next question is availability.

Fifteen minutes on the phone tells you whether your zip codes are open and what the per-enquiry price is in your specific market.
