21 contractors currently running packs

Screenshots, not testimonials.

We don't have a case study PDF with a stock photo of a handshake. We have texts from contractors, posted with their permission, with the phone numbers scribbled out.

Text conversation with Mike J. His campaign goes live at 11:21 AM. At 2:25 PM the same day he says he already has an enquiry and is heading out to quote a three-car garage.
Live at 11am, out quoting by 2pm.“already got one. going out to quote her 3 car garage when she gets home in a few hours.” Three hours from campaign launch to a truck in a driveway. Not typical, and we're not claiming it is.
Text conversation with Dave W. He reports closing his twelfth job off a 30 pack, two of them commercial, then asks for a 50 pack next time.
12 closed off a 30 pack. Then he asked for more.“closed number 12 off that pack this morning. 2 of em commercial. what now?” That's a 40% close rate, and the reorder came in the same message as the result.
Text conversation with Joe, an active client whose second pack of 70 enquiries has just gone live. He asks for delivery to go slow in the first weeks and ramp up at the end of the month.
He asked us to slow down.On his second pack of 70: “go slow first weeks, ramp it up end of month if you can. we are still finishing the warehouse job.” This is what pacing exists for.
Text message from a client reading: Dino, you have no idea how much you guys have helped me. I actually have to hire more guys because I am BOOKED OUT.
Hiring crew to keep up.“Dino, you have no idea how much you guys have helped me. I actually have to hire more guys because I am BOOKED OUT.”

Nothing retyped, nothing cleaned up, nothing cropped to change the meaning. The red marks are ours, covering phone numbers and email addresses. All four are posted with the contractor's permission and they're happy to be asked about it — if you want to talk to one of them before you buy, ask Dino on the call and he'll connect you.

The numbers behind the screenshots

Close rates our contractors report back.

21%lowest recorded on our enquiries
35%the rate we model on across the site
61%best, with a full-time sales guy
5–8%published range for shared leads

The typical range is 30–45%; we model every figure on this site at 35%, below the middle of it. These are self-reported by contractors running our packs, not audited figures, and we'd rather say that plainly than dress it up. The spread between the bottom and the top of that range is not the enquiries — it's the same qualification, the same verification, the same ads. It's callback speed and what happens in the first two minutes of the phone call.

Being straight with you

What we're not claiming.

  • We are not claiming you'll close 61%. One client does. He employs someone whose only job is answering the phone.
  • We are not claiming every enquiry turns into a quote. Some go quiet, some were dreaming, some pick the guy who came in $600 under you.
  • We are not claiming three hours to first enquiry is normal. Forty-eight to seventy-two is normal.
  • We are not claiming the volume is unlimited. Some territories genuinely run out of demand at a certain spend, and we'll tell you when yours has.

If any of that made you trust us slightly more, that was the point. Every lead company you've dealt with told you the opposite of all four and you already know how that went.

Want to talk to one of them first?

Ask on the call. We'll connect you with an active client in a different market so you can ask them anything you'd rather not ask us.
